Free Shipping
Ottotos offers free worldwide shipping on orders over $150 CAD. For orders under $150 CAD, we charge a flat rate of $30 CAD.

Delivery time
Usually our clients receive their order in 3 to 4 weeks. (Remote areas are not applied)
UPS Standard Shipping Delivery in 5-8 working days: Free shipping
Your order begins to be processed the same day payment is made.
The processing time of your order is 1 to 2 weeks in one of our oversea facilities.

Tax & HST
We ship all over the world via UPS. All related taxes and duties are not covered.
All required taxes, VAT, import or excise duties are the sole responsibility of the recipient in their specific country.
Ottotos is unable to provide you with the exact amount of duties owing as this amount can change at any time without notice. If you would like to know an estimate of duties owing, please reach out to your local government customs agency and they will be able to advise you on the duties and taxes you will be charged importing goods from China.

We don’t ship to APO / FPO / DPO addresses / P.O. boxes.
At the moment we can only ship to residential or business addresses.
